I tried to send Madison an email response when I heard from her after I had taken an item out of my cart. The email bounced back. Please tell Madison that I had taken the magnesium cream out of my cart as I was only purchasing one product, and the delivery fee, which I know you can't control didn't make sense for me to add to the cost of the item. Madison emailed me asking why I didn't go through with my order and offered me a one time discount. I was touched by the time you took to follow-up the way you did. After that, how could I possibly not place the order from a woman run business? I placed the order! I have been using the cream to ease joint and muscle discomfort on my left arm. I am getting some relief from the pain. Thank you for developing this product.I am currently on medical leave from work, and am receiving a minimal disability income. Its been 3 weeks since I placed the order directly on the website. I have yet to receive delivery of the order by Canada Post. I waited 2 weeks before contacting the seller over the weekend who confirmed the order was with Cananda Post and delivery was not made and there was no further update on the system. The seller mentioned they would duplicate the order on Monday with a delivery date of Friday. As of this time I have not received confirmation the re-order was placed but hopeful to receive the order by Friday. I will update this comment as soon as I receive delivery of my order. Else I will have to move forward with a refund.

Absolutely love this product

Tallow Twins just keeps impressing me more and more. These products have saved my skin and healed my acne I've been trying to get rid of scarring now and i find using this in the evenings and the rose Moisturizer in the mornings is doing the trick!, Definitely recommend trying this product your skin will thank you!

What even is grass-fed beef tallow?

Tallow is purified beef fat (don't let this turn you off). It contains a balance of saturated fats and fatty acids that closely resemble the natural oils produced by our skin, making it compatible and nourishing for the skin. Additionally, it contains fat-soluble vitamins and antioxidants that can promote skin health and protect against environmental stressors.

Is my skin going to smell beefy?

No, our tallow does not have any smell. Most women don't like the idea of smelling like beef, so that's why we made sure it's completely odourless!

Are your products 100% natural?

Yes, all of our products are only made from natural and organic ingredients. We outsource the ingredients locally, so they're very fresh as well.

I have eczema/rosacea/psiorasis/rash, is it a good idea to use your products? [YES!]

Yes, grass-fed beef tallow is actually proven to help with many skin conditions because of it's anti-inflammatory, antifungal and antimicrobal properties. It's also incredible at repairing skin, moisturizing it and providing the skin with a lot of nutrients and vitamins.
