All Tallow Twins products are handmade at our headquarters in Ontario, Canada. We formulate, mix, and package everything ourselves in our dedicated production kitchen, working in small batches to ensure quality and consistency in every jar.

Keeping production local and hands-on has always been important to us, so every product that leaves our space is something we’ve personally made and proudly stand behind.

Beef tallow is rendered fat from cows. It’s made by slowly melting the fat and straining it until it becomes a clean, shelf-stable balm.

Yes. All Tallow Twins products are made using natural, skin-compatible ingredients. Including grass-fed beef tallow, plant-based oils, and essential oils. We never use synthetic fragrances, parabens, silicones, fillers, or preservatives. Every formula is intentionally simple, traditional, and rooted in ancestral skincare practices.

Many customers with eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, and sensitive skin keep coming back for our products (our reviews say it better than we're allowed to), thanks to our simple, nourishing formulas made with grass-fed tallow and minimal ingredients. That said, every skin barrier is different. We always recommend patch testing first and avoiding products with essential oils if your skin is actively flaring or highly reactive.
